A boomgate card deposit of $25 is charged for a key which is not transferable.

PLEASE NOTE

Fees must be paid in advance at all times.
No provision is made for pets.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent.
Roller blades, skateboards and bikes must not be ridden after sunset.
